We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives within the dynamic US IT Staffing sector. This is a critical full-time, remote position based out of Middletown, Delaware, United States, where you will be instrumental in expanding our client base, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue by connecting top IT talent with leading organizations across the nation. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the US IT market, including Fortune 500 companies, mid-market businesses, and startups.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and account plans to achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including hiring managers, C-level executives, and HR professionals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and effectively position our IT staffing solutions (contract, contract-to-hire, direct-hire).
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and statements of work (SOWs).
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure profitable agreements.
- Collaborate closely with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and inform business strategy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Participate in industry events, networking functions, and professional organizations to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Business Development, specifically within the US IT Staffing and Recruitment industry.
