As a Lead SAP S4 HANA Consultant (P2P), you will be responsible for:

• Solution Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA solutions with a primary focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Process Optimization: Drive process re-engineering and optimization initiatives within the P2P domain, leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities to achieve operational excellence and cost savings.
• Requirements Management: Conduct detailed business requirement gathering workshops, analyze current business processes, and translate them into robust functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configuration & Customization: Perform hands-on configuration of SAP S/4HANA modules related to P2P, including Materials Management (MM), Sourcing & Procurement, Inventory Management, and Vendor Management.
• Integration Expertise: Ensure seamless integration of P2P processes with other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, PP) and external systems.
• Team Guidance: Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing project environment.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee and execute system testing (unit, integration, user acceptance testing) and provide comprehensive support for defect resolution.
• Documentation & Training: Create detailed functional specifications, configuration guides, test scripts, and end-user training materials. Conduct training sessions for key users and business stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing expectations, providing strategic insights, and presenting complex solutions clearly and concisely.
• Best Practices: Advocate for and implement SAP S/4HANA best practices, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry standards.
• Project Delivery: Take ownership of solution delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

To excel in this Lead role, you should possess:

• Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in SAP implementations, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven leadership experience with at least 3-5 full lifecycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain.
• Deep functional expertise and hands-on configuration skills in SAP Materials Management (MM) within S/4HANA, covering areas such as Purchasing, Inventory Management, Master Data, Account Determination, and Logistics Invoice Verification.
• Strong understanding of integration points between SAP S/4HANA P2P and other modules, particularly Finance (FI/CO), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP).
• Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops, gather requirements, design solutions, and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote work environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

The ideal candidate may also have:

• SAP S/4HANA certifications in relevant modules (e.g., Sourcing and Procurement).
• Experience with S/4HANA Cloud implementations or hybrid scenarios.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience in specific industry verticals relevant to procurement processes.
• A Master's degree in a related discipline.
