• Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of comprehensive social media content strategies aligned with brand objectives and audience engagement goals.
• Produce a diverse range of high-quality, engaging content formats, including short-form videos, graphics, animations, and written posts, optimized for various social media platforms.
• Expertly utilize AI prompting techniques to generate creative ideas, refine content, optimize headlines, and enhance overall content production efficiency and quality.
• Perform advanced video editing to create visually stunning and compelling video content, from initial footage review to final output, including motion graphics, sound design, and color grading.
• Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery, consistency, and alignment with ongoing campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze social media performance data, identify trends, extract actionable insights, and iterate on content strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, content formats, and advancements in AI content creation tools and methodologies.
• Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social media channels.
• Mentor junior creators or provide guidance on best practices for content creation and AI tool utilization, as needed.

• 10+ years of proven experience in content creation, with a strong focus on social media platforms.
• Demonstrated mastery in Video Editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
• Advanced proficiency in AI Prompting for content generation, ideation, and refinement across various text, image, and video AI models.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful social media content, particularly video, and evidence of AI tool integration.
