Senior SAP S4/FI Consultant

Role Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior SAP S4/FI Consultant to join our dynamic team. This full-time, on-site position is based in Bear, Delaware, United States. The successful candidate will be a pivotal player in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, driving efficiency and innovation across our financial operations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation projects, from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Conduct detailed business process analysis and design solutions in SAP S/4HANA FI/CO to meet business requirements, providing expert functional and technical guidance.
• Configure, customize, and test SAP S/4HANA FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Cash Management.
• Oversee and perform integration activities between SAP S/4HANA FI and other SAP modules (e.g., CO, MM, SD, PS) and external systems.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.
• Provide expert support and troubleshooting for SAP S/4HANA FI issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT personnel to ensure successful project delivery and solution adoption.
• Act as a subject matter expert, staying abreast of SAP S/4HANA innovations, best practices, and new functionalities.
• Mentor junior consultants and team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an SAP S/4HANA Finance consultant, with a proven track record of successful full lifecycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in configuring and customizing core SAP S/4HANA FI modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, and Cash Management.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting processes.
• Proficiency in integrating SAP S/4HANA FI with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification(s).
• Experience with SAP Controlling (CO) modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Internal Orders.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications for S/4HANA Finance.
• Exposure to Central Finance or Group Reporting.
• Experience in a specific industry relevant to the company's operations.
• Master's degree or professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA).
