As a Lead Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the end-to-end full-stack development of advanced SaaS tools, encompassing both front-end and back-end systems.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance applications using React for the front-end, and Node.js and Python for back-end services.
• Taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to deployment, testing, and maintenance.
• Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements, architect solutions, and deliver features that meet business objectives.
• Implementing and optimizing AI prompting guidelines and related functionalities to enhance the intelligence and user experience of our tools.
• Ensuring the highest standards of code quality, maintainability, and security through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Proactively identifying and addressing technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural improvements.

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack web application development.
• Demonstrated expertise as a Full Stack Developer, capable of handling both front-end and back-end responsibilities with proficiency.
• Extensive experience with modern front-end frameworks, specifically React.
• Profound knowledge and hands-on experience with back-end development using Node.js and Python.
• Proven ability to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure API services.
• Solid understanding of database design and management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL databases).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AI prompting guidelines, large language models (LLMs), and integrating AI capabilities into applications.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, architectural patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Pytest).
• Experience in a leadership or mentorship role, guiding technical teams and driving project success.
• Prior experience in developing SaaS products or similar subscription-based software.
