As a Lead Flutter Mobile App Development professional, you will be instrumental in:

• Leading the end-to-end development lifecycle of cutting-edge mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
• Defining and advocating for best practices in architecture, design patterns, testing, and code quality for Flutter applications.
• Mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
• Collaborating closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver intuitive, performant solutions.
• Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, optimize performance, and maintain application stability.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex technical issues across the mobile application stack.
• Staying abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Flutter, mobile development, and the broader tech industry, and recommending their adoption where appropriate.
• Ensuring the responsiveness, scalability, and security of mobile applications.
• Contributing to the overall mobile strategy and technical roadmap.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• X+ years of professional experience in mobile application development, with a significant focus on leading projects or teams. (Typically 5+ years of overall experience, with 2+ years in a lead capacity specific to Flutter).
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and deploying robust mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
• Solid understanding of native mobile development concepts (iOS and Android) and the ability to bridge between Flutter and platform-specific code when necessary.
• Experience with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Riverpod) and architectural patterns.
• Familiarity with consuming RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integrating various services.
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

While not strictly required, candidates with the following will be highly regarded:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile applications.
• Familiarity with unit, widget, and integration testing for Flutter applications.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
