Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Supervisor to join our team in Thrissur, Kerala, India. This pivotal full-time role involves overseeing and coordinating critical operational aspects, with a focus on ensuring timely execution, efficient production, and effective sales support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader capable of driving efficiency and maintaining high standards across various work streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to schedules and maintain exceptional punctuality for all assigned tasks and operations.
• Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow and effective resource allocation.
• Manage and monitor production processes, striving to meet output targets and maintain quality standards.
• Liaise closely with the sales team, providing necessary support and coordination to facilitate sales efforts and dispatch.
• Act as a central point of contact for inter-departmental coordination, resolving operational bottlenecks efficiently.
• Implement and enforce company policies and safety regulations within the operational environment.
• Conduct regular checks and reporting on operational progress, production metrics, and sales coordination activities.
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a productive and disciplined work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or senior operational role.
• Knowledge Hindi language (written and spoken).**
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a commitment to punctuality.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and teams simultaneously.
• Demonstrated understanding of production processes and basic sales coordination principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment in Thrissur, Kerala.
• Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a crusher quarry environment will be highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of local language (Malayalam) is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy for reporting and record-keeping.
