Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, building rapport and lasting relationships with clients.
• Guide customers through our exquisite collection of jewelry, offering expert advice and product knowledge.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and current market trends in the jewelry industry.
• Ensure the visual merchandising standards of the showroom are impeccably maintained, creating an appealing and luxurious shopping environment.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling payments and managing customer inquiries professionally.
• Actively participate in store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and general upkeep.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, to engage effectively with a diverse clientele.
• Energetic and pleasant personality with a genuine passion for customer service and sales.
• Demonstrated experience in jewellery or a similar luxury retail industry. While experience is highly valued, promising freshers with exceptional sales acumen and a passion for customer service are also encouraged to apply.
• Must possess U.S. work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Telugu Language.
