The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead SAP ABAP - Fiori Developer to drive the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge SAP solutions. In this remote, full-time role, you will leverage your expertise in RAP, Fiori, and S/4HANA to lead technical initiatives, mentor a talented team, and deliver robust, scalable applications that enhance business processes. • Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of complex SAP ABAP and Fiori applications within an S/4HANA landscape.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in SAP development, including clean code principles, performance optimization, and quality assurance.
• Architect and develop solutions utilizing the RAP (Restful ABAP Programming) model, Fiori apps (including Fiori Elements, CDS views, OData services), and core S/4HANA functionalities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of SAP developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver effective solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to architectural standards, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Stay current with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices, particularly in ABAP, Fiori, and S/4HANA.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and evolution of the company's SAP development landscape.

• 8+ years of extensive experience in SAP ABAP development, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior development role.
• Proven expertise in designing and developing enterprise-grade solutions within an S/4HANA environment.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with the Restful ABAP Programming (RAP) model.
• Strong proficiency in SAP Fiori development, including Fiori Elements, UI5, OData services, and CDS views.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented ABAP and traditional ABAP programming.
• Experience with SAP integrations (e.g., APIs, IDocs, RFCs, OData).
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and guide development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of broader SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, QM).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• SAP certification in ABAP, Fiori, or S/4HANA.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP applications.
