Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Freelance Recruiter, you will be instrumental in connecting top talent with outstanding opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategically sourcing and attracting highly qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Conducting comprehensive resume reviews and initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Managing the end-to-end interview coordination process between candidates and hiring managers.
• Proactively maintaining robust candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple industries.
• Providing consistent, clear, and professional communication with both employers and applicants throughout the entire hiring journey.
• Leveraging IntroCall's proprietary AI-powered recruiting tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reach in your recruitment efforts.
• Collaborating with diverse businesses in sectors such as healthcare, childcare, hospitality, retail, office administration, and professional services to fulfill their talent requirements.

Requirements

To succeed in this Senior Freelance Recruiter role, you should possess a strong blend of experience and essential skills:

• Demonstrable experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Proven expertise in sourcing candidates using diverse methods, including professional networks, online platforms, and innovative outreach strategies.
• Comfort and proficiency working in a performance-based, commission-driven compensation structure.
