Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a diverse range of IT roles, from initial intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Develop and execute comprehensive IT sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for project-based engagements.
• Proactively conduct lead generation activities, researching market trends and leveraging various platforms to build a pipeline of potential IT professionals.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and hiring stakeholders to understand specific project requirements and talent needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing guidance on market conditions, recruitment best practices, and candidate availability.
• Manage and enhance the candidate experience, ensuring a professional and engaging journey from application to hire.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools effectively to manage candidate flow, track progress, and generate insightful reports.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate recruitment, with a significant focus on IT talent acquisition and project-based roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, particularly within the information technology sector.
• Proven track record of success in lead generation for complex IT projects and technical positions.
• Strong understanding of various IT domains, technologies, and roles (e.g., Software Development, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, Cybersecurity).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in leveraging modern recruitment tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and inform recruitment strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., X-ray search, Boolean logic, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
• Familiarity with specific CRM platforms used for talent pooling and relationship management.
