2. Key Responsibilities
- SaaS Sales & Subscription Sales: Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, focusing on our SaaS and subscription-based AI products.
- Client Acquisition & Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing leads and building strong relationships with potential clients.
- AI Product Selling: Become an expert in our artificial intelligence product offerings, effectively articulating their value proposition and benefits to diverse audiences.
- Social Selling & LinkedIn Outreach: Leverage professional social platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to engage with prospects, build network connections, and generate qualified leads.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and expand market share.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in a CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide market feedback.
3. Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably within a mid-level capacity.
- Demonstrable expertise in Subscription Sales models and strategies.
- Direct experience with AI Product Selling or selling complex technology solutions.
- Prior success in Startup Sales, thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Proficiency in Social Selling techniques and strong capabilities in LinkedIn Outreach for lead generation and relationship building.
- A strong Performance-driven Sales mindset, with a focus on metrics and tangible results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
4. Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing sales pipelines.
- Understanding of the B2B sales cycle and lead qualification processes.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a continuous learning mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
